Private Mobility is een nieuwe MVNI op het kwaliteitsnetwerk van VDF met eigen state of the art IP infrastructuur. Hierdoor is PM in staat om alle nieuwe zakelijk mobiele functionaliteiten zoals Forced on pbx voor spraak, sms en data naast Private GSM roaming aan te bieden op een van het meest kwalitatieve en snelle netwerk van Nederland. Omdat PM alle techniek en IT zelf beheerd is zij in staat om snel en flexibel in te springen op specifieke behoeftes van klanten en partners met makkelijke generieke op SIP gebaseerde koppelvlakken.

Missie van PrivateMobility als mobiele integrator, is het faciliteren en ontsluiten van bestaande telecom dienstverleners of bedrijftelefoon centrales met zowel private GSM en publieke mobiele telecommunicatie, waarbij PrivateMobility zorgt voor de volledige integratie van het vaste-mobiele en private-publieke netwerk.

Distributie van deze mobiele diensten kan zowel onder eigen merk als op White label (wholesale) basis, waarbij de partner haar volledige eigen netwerk ID krijgt en op inkoop basis haar eigen diensten kan samenstellen en retailen.

PrivateMobility is volledig gefocust op het leveren van mobiele netwerk telecom diensten, dus werkt graag met partners voor hardware en diensten als; (hosted) pbx, SIP trunks, connectivity, lokale installatie of integratie en telecom beheer.

PrivateMobility is een volledig neutrale MVNI met financiering van de RaboBank en geinvesteerd door o.a. private informal investors en het MKB Technofonds.

Backround Company

Since 2010 Private Mobility has started as a new Mobile Virtual Network Integrator with a direct interconnect on the major quality network in NL, with its own Carrier grade mobile network Core and IT.

All network elements are functional or ready for 2G,3G and 4G (LTE).

Private Mobility provides mobile integration with all Voip and pbx telecom exchange platforms for voice, sms and data. These mobile services can be delivered as "Private Mobility" though resellers or distributors with its own communication services or as White label wholesale service to new MVNO's with their own network code and infrastructure.

Because Private Mobility has control over the total mobile infrastructure and IT, it is able to integrate mobile functionality on SIP basis on many customer and provider platforms and integrate its IT platform for all service processes.

Functionality

All services are bases on real Fixed-Mobile integration with Forced on pbx of voice, sms and data with full transparent functionality on any mobile device.

Private Mobility supports national roaming with private mobile networks (private GSM) on local platforms and as a managed (Cloud) service. The local pGSM network will be integrated with a local or managed (pbx) telephone exchange of one of our distribution partners. Advantages of a pGSM network are full redundant network for optimal availability, optimal coverage and capacity, all local voice, sms and data traffic is free or fixed rate.

Target segments

Private Mobility aims at the MVNO wholesale market, and supports its partners with services for the SME's, Corporate and Government market.

The partners are active in sector-focused solutions for public, health care, business services, real estate and industries.

Sales & Marketing

Private Mobility operates from her office in Almere with her own redundant infrastructure on Telecity 1&2. Sales is done in cooperation with its distribution and wholesale partners and provides sales support, technical support and administrative support.

Proposition

Private Mobility offers Fixed-mobile solution to business customers, called "Connect" with Forced on pbx, per mobile device SIP registration and pGSM roaming.

Tariffs properties are: Free for calls, text and data within own network and between colleagues on public network.

- "Connect" has bundles of 250, 500, 750 minutes, with outside bundle rate of € 0,06 per minute.

- Handset Data bundles of 50, 150, 400, 1000 MB.

- Internet bundles of 200, 500, 2000 and 4000 MB

- Machine 2 machine for 1, 5 and >5MB

- Europe 27 country bundle

- Data Private APN (mobile VPN) staffels per SIM

- Local private GSM solutions are offered and installed by our partners.
